For over 40 years Bill has been using his talent to build and create the dreams of others. His own dreams of working side by side with his wife have finally become a reality with H Factor. Bill and Leslie are long time residents of Buhl, ID and have spent years building a small farm life complete with draft horses, mules, cows, and the occasional wild animal. They are the parents to 5 beautiful children and are known to their grandkids as Pops and YaYa.

Bill and Leslie have a passion for creating. This passion drives quality, excellence in all that they do. As an artist Leslie has creation in her soul. She is a painter, a crafter, a decorator, and has a masterful eye for color. As a craftsman Bill takes pride in every small detail. Every project, whether it be a complete remodel or gently teaching a child to hammer, is given the utmost attention. Bill's carpentry skills and dedication to excellence resonate through every project he touches.
